Premier Inn has thousands of rooms under £59 – and kids eat for just £1 this summer
PREMIER Inn has revealed new deals to help Brits go on a staycation that won't break the bank this year.
The budget-friendly hotel chain has more than 800 hotels, so holidaymakers will be spoilt for choice.
But the deals don't end there, as kids can also eat for £1 until September 1.
The only catch is that one adult has to purchase a drink and main meal for the £1 offer to be valid.
The hotels are dotted across the UK, so there are options for countryside stays, seaside getaways or city breaks.
The "£59 and under" rooms are only available at selected locations, so you might have to be flexible with your destination.

If you're unsure where to go, we rounded up some destinations with Premier Inn hotels to suit different kinds of trips:
- Hotels near attractions and museums such as the Natural History Museum, National Railway Museum, and Wollaton Hall, Nottingham
- Hotels near family-friendly attractions such as Peppa Pig World, Eureka! Halifax, and Chester Zoo
- Hotels in popular beach towns such as Cornwall, Devon, Sussex, Bournemouth and Brighton
- Hotels near airports such as Birmingham, Leeds, Liverpool, Manchester and London
- Hotels near theme parks such as Legoland, Warwick Castle and Thorpe Park
The cheapest rooms (from £35 per night) aren't the easiest to find, especially during the school summer holidays.
However, your best bet is to book mid-week stays and try to steer clear of weekends.
These are just some of the offers we've found under £59 per night:
- Rooms in Doncaster - from £37 per night
- Rooms in Bangor - from £40 per night
- Rooms in Dover - from £52 per night
- Rooms in Falkirk - from £47 per night
- Rooms in Taunton - from £46 per night
- Rooms in Sunderland - from £55 per night
Rooms in London are excluded from the £59 and under promotion; however, there should be some for less than £89 per night.
The cheapest Premier Inn rooms we could find in London cost £69 - but these are harder to spot and usually exclude weekend stays.
Regardless of your chosen destination, the rooms at Premier Inn all feature a TV, free wifi, tea and coffee makers and a desk.
Those booking a family room will also have sofa beds or pull-out beds for the kids.
To make it even better, up to two under-16s can eat breakfast for free when one adult orders a full Premier Inn Breakfast, which costs £9.99.
Alternatively, if you're up for a holiday abroad, you could bag budget-friendly holidays to Tenerife from as little as £265pp in August.
Or, there's an underrated beach destination with cheap pints, short flights, and holidays from £330pp.
