When is Hollyoaks on over Christmas and New Year?
HOLLYOAKS is never short of drama but Christmas means this will go to another level.
If you're a fan of the popular soap, you need to know the festive schedule.
Avid Hollyoaks watchers will be happy to know that they will still get to watch the Christmas drama unfold.
However, those who can't wait until the day the episodes air will be able to stream the festive episodes from Friday, December 22.
Fans will have an early Christmas present as the festive episodes will be available to watch on Channel 4 from 7:30pm.
This comes after Hollyoaks was one of the first soaps to move to streaming in September.

Will there be a Christmas special?
There will be no Hollyoaks episode on Christmas Day.
However, there is no need to worry as you can stream past episodes or watch ahead of time instead.
There will also be plenty of festive drama in the surrounding episodes.
What do we know about the Christmas special?
Hollyoaks has tried not to give too much away about this year's Christmas episodes but the main families won't be going without any mishaps.
However, those who are due to take centre stage include the McQueens, the Osbornes, Warren Fox, Norma Crow, Ste Hay, James Nightingale, Lucas Hay, Vicky Grant and newbie Andre.
Hollyoaks have already teased that Mercedes McQueen, played by Jennifer Metcalfe, will make a return.
She's set to admit that she's pregnant while she's at her Nana's bedside in hospital.
Meanwhile, I'm A Celebrity star Nick Pickard is back as he dresses up as Father Christmas for the occasion.
It soon turns dark as Ste Hay, portrayed by Kieron Richardson, will be left heartbroken when his husband James Nightingale's, played by Gregory Finnegan, dark secrets come to light.
