Everton vs Liverpool LIVE SCORE: Beto fires opener before Mac Allister scores equaliser in FINAL EVER Goodison derby

  • 45+5 – Everton 1-1 Liverpool

    CLOSE!

Szoboszlai drives 15 yards through the Everton half before striking low and hard into the corner.

Pickford gets down well to keep it out though it looks like Diaz could have a tap in.

Between a lunge from Tarkowski and Pickford, they combine to stop the Colombian scoring and it's all smiles as they high five with the ball in the keeper's hands.

  • 45+4 – Everton 1-1 Liverpool

Doucoure then leaves his boot in from a Bradley clearance and catches the youngster.

Michael Oliver brings the yellow card out immediately to silence any screams for anything worse.

  • 45+2 – Everton 1-1 Liverpool

Conor Bradley has been bang up for this from the first minute.

He chases down a ball heading out for an Everton goal kick and is late to catch Mykolenko.

No real malice in it but the Everton fans have been screaming for Bradley to be booked for some time. Michael Oliver obliges with a yellow card.

  • 44 – Everton 1-1 Liverpool

Five minutes of additional time at the end of the first half.

Two goals plus that stoppage for Ndiaye.

  • 42 – Everton 1-1 Liverpool

Corner to Liverpool on their right as a long ball just puts the Everton defence under pressure.

Again, the delivery from the dead ball is nowhere near good enough and huge cheers follow the Everton clearance.

  • 40 – Everton 1-1 Liverpool

Doucoure flicks a header on and Beto is in a race with Konate to get there but good defending as he sees it out.

Konate from the goal kick tries to go long for Gakpo and kicks it straight out of play. Just struggling for any sort of quality since the equaliser.

  • 37 – Everton 1-1 Liverpool

A couple of yellow cards in quick succession for the hosts.

Lindstrom is booked, seemingly for asking for a yellow card for Mac Allister after his foul in the middle of the park.

Nothing comes of that free kick and then Idrissa Gueye is booked for a foul just inside his half as Diaz looked to try and get onto a long ball.

    Tensions getting heightened.

  • Incredible stat

Bit of a lull in the game gives me a chance to bring a quite extraordinary stat.

This game is the first Premier League game that Liverpool have started WITHOUT an Englishman named in it.

So we make it the first in 1252 games that that is the case.

    A stunning stat.

  • 30 – Everton 1-1 Liverpool

Half an hour gone and Liverpool with much of the ball.

Not doing an awful lot with it mind you but the home side are very much the same.

  • 28 – Everton 1-1 Liverpool

Speaking of infuriating for a manager, Robertson gives away a free kick on halfway and kicks the ball away.

    Stupid, needless yellow card.

  • 27 – Everton 1-1 Liverpool

Bradley concedes a free kick wide on the Everton left.

A chance for the big boys to come up from the back, only for the cross in to be low and hit the first man. How infuriating for a manager...

    Tough to watch.

Iliman Ndiaye is absolutely distraught as he gets to his feet. His game is over but it might well be more serious than that.

It's an issue with his knee and when walking off he has to stop as clearly in considerable pain. His teammates and even some opponents come to console him as he's in floods of tears walking off.

A real shame to see. Lets hope it's not as bad as it looks as that would be a massive blow for Everton.

  • 21 – Everton 1-1 Liverpool

Ndiaye just went down a minute ago after a challenge from Szoboszlai.

It didn't look like there was much in it but Ndiaye looks to have possibly got studs caught in the ground when in the action of kicking it.

He picked himself up to play on but has just gone down again off the ball.

  • 20 – Everton 1-1 Liverpool

    Ironic.

Alexis Mac Allister scoring the equaliser when he actually should've been suspended for the original fixture before it was postponed.

Isn't it strange how often these things happen?

  • 18 – Everton 1-1 Liverpool

    All Liverpool at the minute.

Mac Allister wins the ball 20 yards from the Everton goal and feeds Gakpo on the left.

He looks to skip by O'Brien but good defending from the Toffees man just prevents that from being an issue.

  • GOAL DETAIL: Everton 1-1 Liverpool

The lead lasted only five minutes!

The Liverpool response is good and it comes through Mo Salah.

He finds room out on the right and isn't closely enough marked, allowing himself to tee up a cross.

He swings it into the box around 10 yards out and Mac Allister runs off his man, timing it superbly well to get a flick on with his head and divert it into the bottom corner.

    Sublime header and we're all-square!

  • 15 - GOAL!!! Everton 1-1 LIVERPOOL

How's that for a response!? ALEXIS MAC ALLISTER with a stunning header!

  • GOAL DETAIL - Everton 1-0 Liverpool

    Wow, lift-off at Goodison.

Of all the technicians on the park, it's Jarrad Branthwaite with the sensational assist!

It's an Everton free kick on halfway - though it should never have been a free kick after a dive by Ndiaye - and he takes it quickly, curling it exquisitely round the back of the Liverpool line.

Beto is onto it, beating the offside trap and beating Konate to it.

He lets the ball run across him 15 yards out and coolly rolls the ball beyond Alisson and into the net. Terrific finish but a world-class pass.

  • 11 - GOAL!!! EVERTON 1-0 Liverpool

BETO with the composed finish to put Everton in front!

  • 8 – Everton 0-0 Liverpool

Good work between Salah and Szoboslai as the midfielder then breaks in behind the Everton defence.

His cut back takes a nick on its way to Diaz and eventually Liverpool are forced back to halfway.

  • 5 – Everton 0-0 Liverpool

Easily dealt with by Liverpool who are then awarded a free kick.

  • 4 – Everton 0-0 Liverpool

    Massive waste!

Lindstrom and Doucoure work a great one-two and the former is away and clear down the right.

His low ball is really poor and easily cleared by Konate. But only for a corner.

  • 1 - Everton 0-0 Liverpool

Bright start from the visitors who put two crosses into the box inside 30 seconds.

Bradley's ball in isn't dealt with and Diaz picks it up.

He feeds Robertson who whips a low ball in which is cleared.

  • Referee

Michael Oliver the man in the middle for this one tonight.

    We're ready for a start.
