The two sides last met in the group stage of the 2018/19 edition of the tournament.
Liverpool ran out 3-2 winners at Anfield but lost 2-1 in Paris.
Enrique continued to assess Liverpool as he insisted that the team has more danger than just Mohamed Salah.
He said: “They have been one of the best teams in Europe in recent years.
“And it's not just [Mohamed] Salah, they have a lot of players of a very good level.
“It's a very complete team but this match is an opportunity to show that we can be on the same level."
PSG manager Luis Enrique believes that Liverpool have been the most "consistent" team in Europe this season
He said: "We have to play in the same way that we have been doing since the beginning of the season.
"We really have to try to have more of the ball than Liverpool, to create more chances than them and to defend effectively.
"We know that we are facing the most consistent team so far this season, but our game plan does not change."
Liverpool midfielder Waturo Endo has backed up Slot's claims that PSG will be a tough game.
PSG were forced to go through the playoff round having failed to automatically qualify for the last 16.
Endo said: "Once I saw the draw I was very excited.
"Paris are a very good team who have been impressing in this tournament so far and everyone is excited to play against them.
"They have good midfielders, good young players. Me as a number six, I have to take care of them.
"As a team, we want to play like we have done before here."
Liverpool manager Arne Slot was talking about PSG in his press conference before the match.
The Dutchman is not expecting an easy game and believes that the French outfit is one of the best in Europe.
He said: "Paris are one of the strongest teams in Europe, as you can see by how they've been playing in the last few months.
"It's a great fixture to look forward to for anyone who loves football.
"We've both scored lots of goals this season and play in a similar way, so it should be interesting."
