I was a spinster gypsy who loved my job but quit work when I got married – it’s an old school culture, now I watch TV
A WOMAN who claimed she was a 'spinster' for not marrying before 30 has revealed why she gave up her job after getting hitched.
Charlotte Ann, who identifies as half-gypsy and half-traveller, took to social media to reveal all on her new way of life.
The traveller, who has referred to herself as a "spinster" in the past said that she was waiting for the right man, which she said was uncommon to do within her community as people tend to marry young.
But the wedding bells have chimed as she announced she had finally met him and got married earlier this year.
Now married, Charlotte's life has completely changed - from moving into a caravan with her hubby to leaving the job she loved.

The red-head beauty said she was no longer working in the job she 'loved' and explained why she was prepared to give it up.
Charlotte added that she worked in the health and social sector for years and had loved the opportunity plus the people she worked with - but gave it up to partake in her traditional culture.
"In our culture, the women stay at home, the men go to work," she explained.
"It's very traditional, it's very old school."
Charlotte added that she knew she was privileged for being able to leave her job and let her man be the sole-provider for them both.
But it seems it wasn't all it's cracked up to be.
She explained that at the moment, she found staying at home incredibly boring.
Charlotte had to fill her time with watching TV and going to work with her husband to keep him company.
"There's only so much you can clean the toilet," she added.
"I'm a stay at home wife now, I wear satin pyjamas and I watch daytime TV," she revealed.
Despite Charlotte making the choice to not work, she said not all traveller women pick this way of life.
The clip has since gone viral on her TikTok account @charlotteann00 with over 36k views and 3,000 likes.
People in the comments section were quick to share their thoughts.
One person wrote: "I was the same, I really missed working when I got married, but once the children come you won't be bored no more."
Another commented: "I love watching you I don't comment much just enjoy listening to you. You're very honest."
"You deserve to be looked after good luck to you and your husband," penned a third.
Meanwhile a fourth said: "I love the way the tradition is carried on through the years."
"You are lucky and I am jealous. But it’s a good tradition in my opinion,” claimed a fifth.
