Matheus Cunha details

Manchester United have finally agreed terms for the transfer of Wolves star Matheus Cunha.

United have met Cunha’s £62.5million release clause before the summer transfer window officially opens.

According to transfer insider Fabrizio Romano, the forward’s asking price will be paid in instalments across two years.

A verbal agreement was reached between Man Utd and the Brazil international on Sunday.

And the 26-year-old arrived for a medical on Tuesday.

Liam Delap ‘agreement’

Manchester United have agreed terms with Ipswich Town over a deal to sign Liam Delap.

According to ESPN, United have agreed a deal with Ipswich for Delap, who looks destined to leave the club following their relegation back to the Championship.

It’s claimed that Man Utd chiefs have agreed the “framework” of a deal that would see them trigger the striker’s reduced £30million release clause.

While the Red Devils are also thought to have come to an agreement with the England Under-21 international over personal terms too.

However, an agreement isn’t over the line yet with the 22-year-old still considering whether he would like to join the Manchester giants or head elsewhere, such as Chelsea.

Marcus Rashford meeting

Barcelona sporting director Deco met with Manchester United star Marcus Rashford’s agent on Wednesday.

According tο Sport, the Barca chief and Rashford’s rep discussed a potential transfer to the Nou Camp.

The same report adds that Liverpool star Luis Diaz is the Blaugrana’s preferred option but the difficulty of that deal could force them to consider cheaper options. 

The Catalan giants view the England international as a more realistic target and could look to loan him with an option to buy next year.
