A BEAUTY fan has shared her top tips for keeping her skin tight at 48 years old.
She said her anti-aging tips are not only effective, they won't cost a cent.

"Here are two of the most effective anti-aging tips that are entirely free and will make you look much younger than your age and I swear it's preserved my skin," she said.
"The first one is beauty sleep.
"The skin is made up of several proteins such as collagen and elastin that make the skin elastic and flexible.
"Research suggests that without sufficient sleep the immune system is weakened, which can impact the quality and strength of collagen.
"During sleep your skin's blood flow increases and the organ rebuilds its collagen and repairs damage from UV exposure, reducing wrinkles and age spots," she added.
She said aside from sunscreen, sleep is a top tip for keeping skin looking young.
"The second most effect anti-aging tip is sleeping on your back," she said.
"This has no doubt preserved my skin. I started sleeping on my back in my 30s," she revealed.
She pointed out some issues that can arise from side or face-down sleeping.
"If you sleep on your side or your stomach, you're probably noticing creases on your face when you wake up because you're doing this," she said, pressing on her cheek.
"Over time can lead to breakouts or cause chronic changes to your skin.
"So if you're concerned about wrinkles, it's another reason to sleep on your back," she added.
