Dubois vs Parker betting tips

Both fighters arrive in outstanding form with 27-year-old Daniel Dubois returning to the ring for the first time since dismantling Anthony Joshua in five rounds in front of 96,000 fans at Wembley Stadium.

It's not a dissimilar story for challenger Joseph Parker, who responded to defeat to Joe Joyce in 2022 by recording five-straight wins including the scalps of Deontay Wilder and Zhilei Zhang.

Here, SunSport betting experts provide their top tips and best odds for Saturday's showdown in Riyadh.

Daniel Dubois by KO/TKO or DQ - 17/20 (BetMGM)

There's no doubt that Joseph Parker is enjoying the form of his life after five-consecutive victories.

He also has experience on his side having been in the ring with the likes of Anthony Joshua, Andy Ruiz, Deontay Wilder, Joe Joyce, Zhilei Zhang and Derek Chisora in his 38-fight career, which includes four world title fights.

However, there's a new air of confidence around Daniel Dubois since his jaw-dropping win over Anthony Joshua. He's got undeniable power having won his last three fights by knockout, meaning 95% of his 22 wins have come via stoppage.

Though a better technician, Parker was dropped twice Zhilei Zhang in his last bout. Derek Chisora and Dillian Whyte have also been able to knock him down in the past, and he's unlikely to get off the hook against someone with Dubois' power this weekend.

Daniel Dubois To Win the Fight in Round 10 - 12 - 9/2 (SBK)

In for a penny…

Given we think Daniel Dubois will successfully defend his IBF heavyweight world title on Saturday, it makes sense that he'll get the job done in the latter rounds.

Parker, 33, has more than enough guile, skill and boxing IQ to avoid Dubois' considerable power in the opening rounds and will look to take the sting out of his opponent by staying out of range. He also boasts an excellent chin having been stopped just once in his career, and that arrived against Joe Joyce in the 11th round back in September 2022.

But 'Dynamite' and his power are dangerous at any point in a fight. Dubois stopped Jarrell Miller with just 10 seconds to go in 2023, Filip Hrgovic in the eighth round in 2024 and Anthony Joshua in the fifth last time out. His best chances are likely to come as Parker begins to tire and that could tee up some late drama.
