I bought a £5 mystery box in the charity shop – I wasn’t sure if it would be worth it, but it’s crammed full of goodies

SHE didn't know whether or not to take a gamble when she spotted £5 mystery boxes in the charity shop.

But Becky decided to take the risk, and documented herself opening the heaviest one up in a video on her TikTok page to find out whether or not it was "worth it".

"The first thing I pulled out was this mug which I absolutely love and I'm definitely keeping," Becky began.

She also got some plastic cups, another mug from Habitat which she also "loved", and a laminator in the box.

Next was a Kenwood food processor, although Becky admitted she's "not domesticated at all", so had "no idea what this is".

She pulled a broadband box out next, followed by a measuring jug - which she was "actually in need of", two photo frames, a gold game, a pack a mac and some Yankee candle wax melts.

Not everything in the box was a win, as Becky admitted a kettle that had been packed in there was a "little bit gross".

But she loved the pack of ceramic coasters from Greece that she unboxed next.

She also picked up some neon signs, what looked like a pancake maker,a Wilko ceramic dish and a load of other little glass dishes.

"How incredible is this vintage hanger?" Becky said as she held up an embroidered pink hanger.

And she concluded her haul with a glass vase, that was the perfect size to put her carefully-constructed Lego flowers in.

"Do you guys think this box was worth £5??" Becky asked in the video caption.

"The laminator itself would probably cost £5 in a charity shop!" one person commented.

"Well worth it!"

"Worth it for the laminator alone," another added.

"A Kenwood food processor is honestly amazing!" a third wrote.

"Wow bargain," someone else commented.

"So jelly this would be so could for getting all the little bits for a new house," another said.

"Probably would've cried getting a food processor!"

"Yess we moved into our own house a few months ago and needed some random kitchen bits which we got in this box, it was perfect!" Becky replied.
