Jenny wore a festive green gown which featured puff sleeves and a long skirt in a sheer material, allowing on lookers a glimpse of her toned legs underneath.

Jenny beamed as she presided over The Talk of Manchester Business Awards and later shared a number of snaps on her Instagram Stories.

Jenny previously credited strength training and "saying no to diets" as what helps keep her in incredible shape.

She revealed she has gone from a size 12 to a size 8, and is smaller now than she was in her 20s as she lifted the lid on the ways she continues to turn back the clock.

Jenny, who is engaged to Martin Lowe, previously confessed: “I’m smaller now. And I certainly wasn’t as flexible.

“At 20 I was just flailing around – hopping on board the latest craze for six weeks.”

But, nowadays, rather than following fad diets and short lived trends, Jenny follows a healthier lifestyle in every way.

Jenny explained: “Just say no to diets. They never work long-term as far as I’m concerned, and make you even more obsessed with food.”

Instead, Jenny has come up with a routine that fits her busy lifestyle, including her favoured exercises, such as strength training.

She continued: “I lift, squat, use kettlebells, and go to yoga twice a week to stay flexible.”
