The bargain hunter, who is a Corporate Finance Director and food lover, claimed that she has found the best time to go into M&S to get goodies for less.

Not only this, but she advised shoppers to buy reduced items and freeze them, to spread the costs.

Posting on social media, the M&S shopper said: “How to shop at M&S for less than £50 a week.”

As she showed off the fridge in M&S, which was full of yellow stickered items, she added: “Plenty of yellow labels at M&S today. I think the time is 12:20pm, so try going to your local M&S at 12:20pm and see.”

The foodie then spotted triple cooked chips, which had been reduced down from £4 to £2.76, as she added: “Not bad. Why not? You can freeze it as well.

“If it’s a good deal, why not?”

The foodie noticed that the reduced meat had been nabbed, but she spotted a £3.50 buy that she couldn’t recommend enough, as she continued: “All of the turkeys have been bought. No more Christmas turkeys.

“I’m telling you, these espresso martinis… Oh my goodness. I’m going to take one.”

Although this savvy shopper was able to get a trolley load of groceries for under £50, she didn’t scrimp on her favourite items, as she explained: “I like the organic eggs.”

This foodie got a trolley load of reduced buys, including two packs of chicken, salad, ready-made pasta dishes, potatoes, pizzas, chips, bananas, eggs and cereal.

The TikTok clip, which was posted under the username @mafnetworkinglifestyle, has clearly left many open-mouthed, as in five days, it has quickly amassed 16,800 views.

Social media users were impressed with the woman’s haul of cheap goodies and many took to the comments to express this.

One person said: “Do this regularly, we have a freezer full of frozen meals for when we are not in the mood to cook.”

Whilst another asked: “How is there so much?”

To this, the M&S lover wrote: “Depending on timings I guess.”

Whilst a bargain hunter joked: “Need 90 percent off.”

But this lady isn’t the only M&S fan that has managed to bag herself some bargains recently.

Previously, we saw savvy saver Kathryn Leech, who is known on social media as Kat Saves, stock up on M&S essentials.

Kat claimed that she saves a fortune by shopping in M&S over Aldi, despite Aldi being named the cheapest supermarket for the third year running.

Kat stocked up on Remarksable Value items and hailed the supermarket for it’s top notch quality.

She explained: “Everything that I’m getting in this food shop today is a Remarksable Value product.

“These are incredibly low prices, honestly they rival the budget supermarkets, but you’re getting M&S quality and that’s why I love it so much.

“Also, look at the shelves - the shelves are always well stocked, it always looks incredible.

“I have the best experience shopping in M&S so today this entire food shop came to literally less than £20 and I literally filled my trolley with all of these staple products.
