Celebrity Big Brother winner says producers secretly dish out luxury items – but only when stars start to crack
A CELEBRITY Big Brother winner has revealed that cast members are allowed personal items inside the house.
Alex Reid, who won CBB back in 2010, said that when a housemate is desperate for something, producers put them up for secret tasks - but the bartering between BB and the star isn’t seen on camera.
The TV star was in the house alongside the likes of Vinnie Jones and Dane Bowers.
In an exclusive interview with The Sun, Alex said: "Where people got on each other's nerves and started to crack on like week three … they allowed me to bring a punch bag.
"I had an hour in the diary room punching a punch bag, and I had some weights, and I was just doing push ups and shadow boxing. So whenever I wasn't doing a task I was either resting, eating."
Alex added: "If you needed something, Big Brother was quite helpful and was able to get it for you.

"It depends what it is obviously.
"And it’s good leverage because they make you do something for it, so if you really want this, do you want a punch bag? You’ve got to do this to get it.
"I'm sure I did some horrible things to get my punch bag."
Alex was married to former glamour model Katie Price between 2010 and 2012.
CBB is set to make a comeback at 9pm on Monday next week.
AJ Odudu and Will Best who presented the Big Brother reboot late last year will also be back to host the celebrity spin-off.
The Sun has revealed several household names expected to enter the iconic house, but there are also exciting rumours about other potential participants.
