The Grand Tour’s return date confirmed as Prime series ‘enters endgame’ with explosive special after hosts quit show
THE Grand Tour's return date has finally been announced as the show enters its 'endgame'.
Prime Video has confirmed Sun colunmnist Jeremy Clarkson's penultimate adventure alongside James May and Richard Hammond.
The trio will reunite for a 'spectacular' special set in the African country of Mauritania.
It follows on from their Eurocrash series which dropped last year.
The Grand Tour: Sand Job will officially land on Prime Video from Friday, February 16th.
A synopsis for the highly-anticipated show reads: "In the remote African country of Mauritania, our trio follow in the footsteps of the legendary Paris-Dakar rally.

"Instead of bespoke Dakar racers, the boys must complete their journey in cheap modified sports cars.
"Their journey begins with the world’s longest train and sees them tackle the killer Sahara and perilous river crossings, whilst protecting their precious fuel bowser from exploding."
The Sun previously revealed how the motor series would be brought to a natural end.
The Grand Tour, which launched on Prime Video in 2016, quickly became one of the streamer’s biggest hits but Jeremy, 63, James, 60, and Richard, 52, felt it was time they hit the road.
All three men previously fronted the now-axed Top Gear on the BBC before leaving.
Jeremy will remain on the streaming platform with his beloved horticultural series Clarkson's Farm.
