Inside Gladiator Legend’s incredible home after huge renovation – and it looks like posh hotel
GLADIATOR star Matt Morsia who is known as ‘Legend’ on the hit BBC show, has opened the doors to his incredible new home.
The 38-year-old shared a video on social media of his newly built Kent mansion, after an extensive and time consuming building project.
Matt who lives there with his wife Sarah and their two young boys, has designed the build himself.
Featuring a dream kitchen, a large home cinema and a state of the art gym, it’s a home fit for a gladiator, never mind a king.
The house also features a palatial hallway with a fancy ultra-modern staircase leading to upstairs.
Writing on social media, Matt explained that the project has been a long time coming:

“After 3.5 years of waiting, lots of stress and a huge amount of money, our new house is finished.”
Before finding fame on Gladiators, Matt was one of the UK’s top three triple jumpers and had his sights set firmly on the 2012 London Olympics.
But his dream was cut short by a back injury shortly before the games began.
Following a period of depression, he got himself back from the brink by starting a YouTube channel, posting videos of himself lifting weights, while working part time as a PE teacher in Folkstone.
Now the YouTuber has over 1million views on in his Matt Does Fitness channel which is also available through the much downloaded Morsia app.
After joining the new series of Gladiators, Matt revealed that it has always been a lifelong ambition to appear on the BBC show.
He said: "I watched the original Gladiators as a kid. From the age of nine or 10 years old, I wanted to be a Gladiator. It's been a lifelong ambition, I guess."
Even though his never got to live his 2012 Olympic dream, he still gets to perform for millions of viewers on Saturday night.
He said: "My dream scenario is performing in front of a crowd; the bigger the crowd the better, so that was awesome. It was amazing combining my two favourite things, which are, being good at stuff and having people watch me being good at stuff."
