EMMA Street is hoping to grab the attention of Lord Sugar with her business plan to "redefine coffee culture" on The Apprentice.

The growth mindset

Emma, 23, is a corporate project manager but is looking to transition from a role in technology consultancy to become a coffee entrepreneur.

The Londoner is no stranger to managing finances as she says her biggest achievement in business was "successfully contracting and executing the delivery of a six-figure project".

Emma has high hopes of becoming the next coffee shop chain founder, competing with heavy-hitters Starbucks, Costa Coffee, and Cafe Nero.

While on the show Emma wants to challenge herself to improve on branding.

She said "My most creative instincts flow through my excel-sheet colour coding - a true passion of mine."

Unique selling point

Having spent countless hours in the gym and long days in the office, Emma seems to have found the balance between staying awake and in shape.

Her love for health and fitness has revealed a clear gap in the market.

With the fast-paced, junk filled lifestyle becoming the norm for Generation Z, Emma wants to introduce a healthier approach to coffee culture.

The self-proclaimed gym lover is planning to create healthy takeaway coffee.

Emma is confident that her coffee on the move idea is enough to catch the attention of Lord Sugar.

She said: "With a clear vision and five-year plan to kick start the business, Lord Sugar and I can disrupt the coffee culture together, one shop at a time."
