Duplantis did a lap of the track draped in the Swedish flag as Dancing Queen by Abba blared out.
The Swede also paid tribute to two viral Olympic memes.
He posed with a noticeable bulge in his shorts in a nod to Anthony Ammirati's manhood costing him a place in the final.
Duplantis had one hand tucked into his waistband and the other outstretched to mimic Turkish shooter Yusuf Dikec's iconic relaxed stance.
