Welcome to Newcastle vs AC Milan
Eddie Howe’s side go into their final group game in the Champions League, hoping for a favour from Borussia Dortmund to progress.
The Magpies will be without Sandro Tonali, Nick Pope, Jacon Murphy, Dan Burn, Elliot Anderson, Harvey Barnes, Sven Botman, Joe Willock, Matt Targett and Javi Manquillo due to a mixture of suspension and injury.
More worryingly, Martin Dubravka is also a concern due to a back problem, which could mean a call up for Loris Karius.
Callum Wilson and Sean Longstaff were on the bench on the weekend and will be available for selection for tonight’s game.
Milan are without Malick Thiaw, Pierre Kalulu, Marco Pellegrino and Simon Kjaer due to injury.
As a result, Fikayo Tomori is the clubs only fit central defender, meaning Theo Hernandez is likely to have to stand in again in the middle of defence.
Keeper Marco Sportiello has a calf injury but the Italians do have some positive news as Rafael Leao and Noah Okafor are both available for selection once again.
Newcastle struggled to a draw in Milan with the hosts missing a number of clear-cut chances but will need to go on the front foot at St James’ Park this evening to stand any hope of qualification.
