EASTER might still be a few months away but supermarkets are already stocking some very egg-citing products.
In fact, Tesco have just restocked a classic Cadbury’s desert but it will only be on shelves for a short time.
Whilst some people might spend months dreaming about festive favourites like Toblerone, Quality Street and Heroes, other chocoholics have only one item on their wish list: the Cadbury Crème Egg.
Only sold between January and Easter, these gooey treats are exceptionally hard to come by and many fans will stock up during the limited season.
A sweet treat since 1923, the milk chocolate eggs are filled with white and yellow ‘yoke’ fondant made from sugar that is so convincing – it should almost come a side of bacon.
With the tempting choc costing around 60p, it’s hardly surprising that many supermarkets will sell out of the iconic product just after Easter.
