Cobra Kai season six is finally in the works, and fans are in a frenzy after learning of the news

The show, set decades after the iconic Karate Kid film franchise, follows martial arts rivals Daniel LaRusso, played by Ralph Macchio, and Johnny Lawrence, portrayed by William Zabka, with some new talent also thrown in the mix.

Having launched as a YouTube Original, Cobra Kai ended when YouTube decided to stop producing scripted original programming.

Thankfully, Netflix picked up the beloved popular drama from seasons three to five, with the fifth series released in September 2022.
