I banished mould, damp and condensation in my home thanks to a £1 trick – you just need to leave it for weeks
DO you get fed up with damp and condensation in your home?
One woman has revealed the £1 trick she uses to remove moisture without any effort at all.
TikTok user @mandyyourtiktokmum shared how she swears by using dehumidifier bags.
In a video, she wrote: “The dehumidifier bags are amazing, less than £1 each and working after only a week…don’t delay on this, buy them now.”
Mandy showed the amount of water that had collected inside bags placed in each room of her house.
And the bedroom bag had gathered water despite her having central heating in the room.

Mandy shared: “You would expect that not to collect anything at all.
“I'm super surprised by how much it's collected.”
Meanwhile the room at the top of her house where all the heat rises to also had water in the bag after a week.
She said: “The way I see it, even if they're collecting only the littlest bit that is damp that is keeping your home dry and without damp is my biggest priority.
“Because your health is everything really.
“If you have a damp house inevitably it's gonna lead to bad things for your house and for your own health.
“Just go and get some and put them in all your rooms and watch them work their magic.”
She got her bags on the TikTop shop, but for those without an account, you can pick up a pack of six for £7.50.
Dehumidifier machines can be essential for damp homes, but you need to make sure they're in the right place for them to work effectively.
