Heartwarming moment heroic Olympic gold medallist rescues people trapped in car after being left stranded in floods
OLYMPIC hero Letsile Tebogo has been spotted rescuing people left stranded in their car by flooding.
The 21-year-old shot to stardom by winning 200m gold in Paris last year.
In doing so, he became Botswana's first ever Olympic gold medallist.
Already a hero in his homeland, Tebogo performed a good deed yesterday.
Heavy rain this week has caused Botswana's capital Gaborone to flood.
In fact, several roads have been closed across the country.

When a car got stuck in the water in Gaborone, Tebogo showed initiative.
In a video widely circulated online, the track and field superstar arrived in his 4×4 Toyota Land Cruise.
Using his big car, Tebogo was able to pull the other vehicle out of danger.
At last summer's Olympic Games, Tebogo also earned a silver medal in the 4x400m relay.
He achieved the feat alongside team-mates Busang Kebinatshipi, Bayapo Ndori and Anthony Pesela.
Tebogo was his country's flag bearer at both the opening and closing ceremonies.
