Claudia Winkleman, 53, looks stylish in chunky boots and padded jacket as she heads to pilates class

HOST Claudia Winkleman takes it in her stride as The Traitors finals heat up.

The 53-year-old TV star pulled on some chunky footwear and a padded jacket to take a £50 pilates class at the Alan Herdman studio in central London.

Sessions feature the use of a guillotine tower, said to improve flexibility and strengthen the hips, lower back and spine.

Pilates is the only exercise Claudia performs.

She once told a podcast: “I don’t like physical exertion of any kind.”

Ahead of the third series Claudia admitted she was horrified when, in series one, she was forced to cull two players immediately during a cruel line-up task.

But these days, she reckons the more brutal the game, the better.

Claudia, 52, said: “The first meeting I ever had, they said I had to send two people home and I just refused.

“I said, ‘I can’t’. They just said I had to.

“Now I’m like, ‘What are we going to do?’

“This is what the game is. The faster they go, ‘Oh, OK,’ the better.”
