Strictly’s Shirley Ballas becomes a first-time grandmother at 63 as son reveals very unusual baby name

STRICTLY'S Shirley Ballas has become a first-time grandmother at 63 after her son welcomed a baby.

Her son Mark, 37, announced on Instagram last night that his singer wife BC Jean, 36, had given birth alongside an adorable photo of the newborn.

In his caption, he revealed the tot's unusual name, writing, "Welcome to Earth my son. Banksi Wylde Ballas 11 / 5 / 23."

Mark is a professional dancer on Strictly's U.S. counterpart, Dancing with the Stars, a role he's held since 2007.
