‘She’s a fantastic actress and conniving!’ rants Celebrity Big Brother star as show feud takes a new turn
THE tension in the Celebrity Big Brother house has turned up a gear after one furious housemate branded his co-star a 'conniving actress'.
Still reeling from Big Brother's 'snake' eviction twist, angry Louis Walsh has let rip while discussing Fern Britton in the Diary Room.
Former This Morning host Fern was previously seen placing a rubber snake in Louis' bed in secret, as she was led to believe it would see him immediately evicted.
But after she had done it, Big Brother changed the rules and gave the X Factor judge a free pass to Friday night's final instead.
In Tuesday's episode, Louis finally discovered Fern was responsible for the snake stunt after she confessed - and he was not happy.
Speaking to Big Brother in the Diary Room, Louis said: “I never suspected Fern, she’s very conniving.

"She knows what she wants and she’s gonna get it and she’s been around a hundred years, so she knows the politics of getting what she wants, and she wanted rid of me.”
Louis continued: “She’s a fantastic actress, she'll cry [clicks his fingers] like that, you know? And she’s being nice to everybody but that’s not the real person.
"Underneath it all she wants to win, that’s why she’s here.
"She’s pretending she doesn’t, ‘Oh don’t talk to me about that, darling’. She wants it and she wants it bad.”
Although Celebrity Big Brother's 'snake' twist has been positive for Louis, it has not had quite the same response from fans of the ITV show.
Viewers slammed the scenes, which aired in Monday night's episode, as they felt it was a 'deliberate move' to keep Louis in the house.
Coronation Street star Jack P Shepherd has even waded into the row and branded the stunt a "fix".
Jack, who has been tuning in to watch his Corrie co-star and pal Colson Smith, said: They’ve gone, ‘How can we keep Louis Walsh in? We can't let him go on Tuesday because if he's up there's a strong possibility the public will vote him out'."
“They went, ‘We’ll do a game and we’ll tidy it up so you can eliminate someone straight away and because he's Irish and because it's St Patrick's Day we'll create a load of bull**** and say, ‘What do you know, Louis, you're immune’. It's a complete fix.”
Speaking on the podcast he records with Colson and Ben Price, Jack added: “In fairness to them they wanted to get their money from him and he’s entertainment value.”
In a cruel blow, after realising Big Brother had changed the rules, Fern found herself up for eviction alongside Zeze Millz, Marisha Wallace and Nikita Kuzmin.
They will face a double eviction tonight (Tuesday March 19, 2024).
Celebrity Big Brother declined to comment.
