Just make sure your home insurance covers you for whatever is being stored.
LOAN IT: From toys to bikes or camera equipment, you can rent out belongings you don’t use often on sites such as Fat Llama.
You set your own prices and the company takes a cut from the rental.
It also has an insurance policy to protect items against loss, theft or damage.
