EastEnders pulled off air this week in fresh BBC schedule shake-up
EASTENDERS has been pulled off air this week in a fresh BBC schedule shake-up.
The soap usually airs for 30 minutes every Monday to Thursday on BBC One.
But unfortunately for soap fans, this week will see Tuesday night's episode removed from schedules due to the football.
Earlier this month, Coronation Street was impacted by the FA Cup matches, and now unfortunately for EastEnders fans, its the BBC soap's turn.
Instead of airing at 7.30pm on Tuesday, live coverage of Bristol City vs West Ham United will kick off instead.
It means EastEnders will now air at 7.30pm on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

Tonight's episode will air at 7.30pm as planned.
EastEnders isn't the only programme impacted by the football though, as Silent Witness and Waterloo Road have also had to be rescheduled.
The news did not go down well with some fans though, with one writing on X: "Yep. Here we go again. FA Cup disrupts our schedule to annoy us. BBC 2 is available, yet they don't b****y use it. Never have common sense to move channels for just one day. We like to have a moan about sport. Typical!"
Another added: "Stop moving the schedule, people are just going to forget about Friday otherwise. Just gets annoying."
A third tweeted: "The first of many Friday outings this year, due to spoilt footie disruption, we had the unbroken record (with no sporting events during prime-time) from the 6th of March to the 6th of December last year. Due to Paris Olympics this year, it'll will be shifted to BBC Two."
But others didn't mind the change so much, with one writing: "I love the Friday episodes - makes it less of a gap."
A fellow fan commented: "Good, i prefer eastenders on a Friday."
EastEnders airs on BBC One and is available on BBC iPlayer.
