‘What’s the point?!’ rage Channel 5 fans as show pulled off air in schedule shake-up – swiping ‘I won’t bother anymore’
CHANNEL 5 viewers have been left utterly enraged over the latest schedule shake-up.
The network recently aired a brand new drama which featured the likes of Waterloo Road star Jill Halfpenny.
The Cuckoo has immediately whipped TV watchers into a frenzy when it made its debut on screens.
Fans immediately switched on the likes of the former Strictly Come Dancing winner, Lee Ingleby and Claire Goose.
This was following the success of programmes such as Love Rat and Coma which also received significant attention.
But fans have been left angered and have vowed to 'switch off' after The Cuckoo forced the factual programme Inside The Force off the air.

The documentary programme focused on the Lincolnshire Police and the popular show made its return for a third series.
This time, the North East was given a spotlight on the channel as Cleveland Police were the focus of the new instalment.
Channel 5 previously faced criticism from fans for airing a repeat of Motorway Cops instead of an advertised episode which featured Northumberland Police officers.
But a new post on the Incidents on Teesside & County Durham Facebook page announced the show will be going off the airwaves.
It read: "Inside the Force is taking a short break and will not be airing tonight on Channel 5.
"It will return next week, Monday 15th April, at 9pm."
But viewers couldn't help but express their anger at the announcement as they flooded the comments section underneath.
One viewer wrote: "Was looking forward to watching that, gutted now
"Getting abit silly now! They had a break a week or so ago
A third raged: "Why put something on tv n take it off every other week."
And a fourth added: "I assume it's been rescheduled (again, lol) to make way for the latest drama - The Cuckoo?."
Other angered fans took to X - formerly known as Twitter - to give their opinion on the new limited series.
One viewer stated: "Channel 5’s #TheCuckoo is so badly made."
As another echoed: "This so far fetched. I was hoping for better than this 🙄🙄."

And a fourth added: "Just given up. Ch5 drama - should have known.
Sad, as Lee Ingleby is one of my favourites. #thecuckoo."
