Love Island legend takes brutal swipe at show bosses after being secretly DUMPED from original All Stars line-up

LOVE Island bosses have come under fire by one angry legend who claims he was 'dumped' from the original All Stars line-up.

Theo Campbell, 32, found fame in the third series of Love Island and entered the villa as a bombshell.

He is best known, however, for his romance with fellow alumni Kaz Crossley, which lasted for almost a year.

Theo has now claimed he had signed up to appear in the new All Stars series from Day 1 in hope of finding love.

But the former Team GB runner has launched an attack on show bosses by claiming he 'wasted five days of his life filming for the show'.

Theo then said in a now-deleted X post that he was all set to fly to South Africa but was told with just 24-hours notice that he wouldn't be needed for a further two weeks - making him a bombshell.

He raged on X: "Imagine wasting 5 days of your life after being persuaded to start LI, filming and the rest, for them to say a day before you're supposed to fly out, nah come in 2 weeks.. huh? no thanks."

The Sun Online has contacted Love Island for comment.

Theo entered the Love Island villa as a bombshell in 2017 and coupled up with Tyla Carr.

But he was quickly dumped after his game-playing tactics backfired and left him single at a recoupling.

The final decision had been down to current All Stars islander Georgia Harrison and she picked Sam Gowen, not Theo.

Theo had admitted in the Beach Hut: "I said to Tyla we could maybe make it to the end and I joked about it and said we could probably even beat Chris [Hughes] and Olivia [Attwood] in that sense.

"But I said that in a jokey way. When that gets said, it sounds a bit worse than it is.”

This is the second time Theo has lashed out at ITV.

Last week, during an Instagram Q&A with fans, Theo again accused show bosses of 'messing him around' and said he had pulled out of All Stars due to "politics".
