When does Thorpe Park open in 2024 and how much does it cost? Tickets, prices and location
SOON to be home to the UK's tallest and fastest rollercoaster, Thorpe Park is about to start 2024 with a bang.
As the holidays draw closer, we look at everything you need to about going to the adrenaline junkie haven.
What is Thorpe Park?
Describing themselves on their website as the "UK's most thrilling theme park", Thorpe Park is the home to a number of record-breaking rides.
The Swarm, the only winged coaster in Britain, boasts speeds of 62mph and a force of 4.5G to knock you back into your seat.
Another ride, Nemesis Inferno, will spin, dive and swoop riders at hefty speeds of 50mph thanks to its inverted vertical loop track.
If that isn't enough to get you excited, Thorpe Park has two new projects launching in 2024.
The UK's tallest and fastest rollercoaster and a brand-new American-themed land will soon call Thorpe Park its home.
However, the theme park doesn't just offer thrill rides. Families can kick back and relax at the park's Amity Beach or put on 3D glasses at the movie theatre for the Angry Birds 4D adventure.
When does Thorpe open in 2024?
Still the winter season, Thorpe Park is currently closed.
However, the attraction will open its doors on March 24, 2024, and tickets are already available to buy from their website.
Theme park fans will have until November 3, 2024, to grab a ticket before it will once again shut for the winter.
What is the address for Thorpe Park and how do I get there?
Only 20 miles from London, Thorpe Park can easily be reached by car, train, and bus.
The address is: Thorpe Park Resort, Staines Road, Chertsey, Surrey, KT16 8PN
Drivers travelling from the M25 should take the 11 or 13 junctions and follow the A320.
