I’ve hated getting fat during my pregnancy so I’m getting on Ozempic after I give birth – I don’t care if people judge
A MUM-TO-BE has revealed that she hated getting fat during her pregnancy and claims she will be getting on Ozempic right after she gives birth.
Linda Andrade, 24, the wife of a millionaire, has explained that she doesn’t care if people judge her and claimed that she isn’t phased by the potential dangers of the injections.
The American housewife, who is currently living with her rich man in Dubai, the influencer hotspot, took to social media to share the revelation.
In a recent clip, Linda, who refers to herself as the ‘Original Dubai Housewife’, claimed that she gained 40 pounds (18kg) during her pregnancy.
The content creator, who is now nine months pregnant, explained: "The baby is only seven pounds, so I don’t know where the rest of it is.”
She then claimed: “Nobody warned me, and I definitely didn't sign up for this.

"This [having a baby] is such a huge sacrifice for me.
"I love my body and I hate gaining weight".
Linda also stated that as soon as she gives birth to her daughter, she is going to pay for weight loss jabs.
She said: "People judge me when I say I'm going on Ozempic right after I give birth.
“I’m not lying. I’m going on Ozempic.”
Linda added that people have warned her about dangers linked to the jab, but said: "I just gained 40 pounds, that's a way bigger issue".
Ozempic is a prescription only medication used to treat type two diabetes.
Ozempic, which is also known as semaglutide, is also used as a weight loss medicine that works by making you feel fuller and less hungry.
But in the UK, it is not licensed as a weight loss treatment.
New mothers are not advised to use Ozempic after giving birth as it may impact the baby if the mother is breastfeeding.
There are many side effects from using Ozempic - some of which include abdominal pain, constipation and diarrhoea.
Not only this, but a study has found that trend weight loss jabs, such as Wegovy and Ozempic, can ‘increase the risk of deadly gut complications’.
Data from more than 5,000 patients found even previously healthy users were at higher risk of pancreatitis, bowel obstruction and stomach paralysis.
The conditions can need surgery to fix and be life-threatening if untreated.
Injections like Wegovy and Ozempic are booming in the UK because they banish hunger pangs and help rapid weight loss.
But the study by the University of British Columbia found slimmers using them were nine times more likely than usual to get pancreatitis.
This involves swelling of the pancreas and may cause pain and vomiting.
Their risk of bowel obstruction or stomach paralysis was four times higher than average.
What do you need to know about Ozempic?
Sophie Trotman, a nutritionist, told Fabulous: “Ozempic, known generically as semaglutide, is primarily a medication for type 2 diabetes, but it has recently also gained attention for its off-label use in weight management due to its effects on reducing appetite.
“While they can be effective for some, they can also be dangerous if not used under proper medical guidance, as they can cause significant gastrointestinal side effects, and the long-term effects on individuals without diabetes are not yet fully understood.
“Common side effects include nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, abdominal pain, and constipation, which in some cases can be severe and necessitate stopping the medication.
“Also, due to Ozempic suppressing appetite, this can lead to inadequate nutrient intake if not carefully monitored and organised, potentially resulting in nutritional deficiencies.
“It is vital to consult a healthcare provider before considering weight loss injections like Ozempic, and to remember that if used, these injections should be part of a comprehensive lifestyle change that includes diet and exercise for sustainable weight management.”
Back in the video, Linda said that she is making sure to do things that make herself feel better "about being fat" - one of which is taking herself to a fancy spa.
She explained: “A facial starts at $2,000 [£1,500]. But when my husband gave me the cash, I said it was $5,000 [£3,900]. He knows me, he doesn’t question it.”
Not only this, but she had also booked a fancy photoshoot too, as she added: “To make myself feel better, I booked a photoshoot, it’s $10,000 [£7,800].
“I booked the best, most expensive photoshoot I could find, because I gained 40 pounds. I should be able to spend $10,000 [£7,800] just for my self-esteem. It’s actually worth more than that."
