Park Avenue doctor insists the most important anti-aging habit is free – and 2 other no-cost tips to keep skin young
A NEW York-based aesthetics doctor has shared his top tip to combat aging that doesn't cost a thing.
He also revealed two other free tips that promote anti-aging and require minimal effort.
Based in NYC with a new practice on Park Ave., Dr. Alexander Golberg is board-certified in family medicine, osteopathic, anti-aging, and regenerative medicine.
With over 25 years of experience, he has also observed interesting trend patterns based on his patients' life events and his incredible before and afters can be seen at on his Instagram.
Not everyone has the funds to hit up a doctor with a swanky Manhattan address, so he revealed his most important anti-aging habit with The U.S. Sun which is also free.
SKIN SAVE
Dr. Golberg offered free methods to maintain a youthful appearance that anyone can do.
The number one natural and anti-aging technique Dr. Golgberg recommends is to stay hydrated.
"Drinking water keeps your skin youthful," he said.
He also shared a useful sleep tip that doubles as a beauty suggestion.
Dr. Golberg recommended getting seven to nine hours of sleep a night.
It will also help repair the skin and keep you looking young.
His last budget-friendly tip can also be relaxing and decrease stress overall.
Incorporate facial exercises into your daily wellness routine.
It can help tone facial muscles and reduce the skin from sagging, so it maintains a tight appearance.
KEEP IT REAL
Dr. Golberg admitted even though his free tips are beneficial, that's not all people can do.
"Unfortunately, skincare products, sunscreen, and water will only get us to a certain point," he said.
For his aging skin, he prefers to use exosomes, skin boosters, and PDO threads.
"These treatments help rejuvenate the skin, stimulate collagen production, and improve overall skin texture and appearance," he explained.
According to the National Institutes of Health, exosomes have many beneficial effects because they "contain various biological molecules that can help to promote skin repair and regeneration."
Incorporating cutting-edge technologies like PRF exosomes skin boosters enhances the body's natural ability to rejuvenate itself, the expert said.
"My entire philosophy is based on the idea that the body has natural healing capabilities, " he said.
"Any patient who steps into my practice gets their own personalized treatment, whether it be for skincare, functional medicine, and pain management."
PRODUCT PICKS
Dr. Golberg also suggested several skincare items to incorporate into your regimen.
He recommended using products that contain retinol and vitamin C.

"Those vitamins are essential for promoting skin renewal and combating oxidative stress," he said.
Dr. Golberg also suggested using hydrating moisturizers and sunscreen to protect against UV damage and gentle exfoliants to encourage cell turnover to keep the skin smooth.
