I’m pregnant with my BROTHER’S baby – people call me ‘gross’ and beg me to get an abortion but I don’t know if I can
A YOUNG woman has revealed that she is pregnant with her brother’s baby and doesn’t know what to do.
The 18-year-old, who had sex with her 21-year-old sibling, admitted that she knows what she did was wrong, but isn’t sure she can follow through with an abortion.
Keen to open up on the situation and desperate to receive advice, the mum-to-be took to social media to share all, leaving many open-mouthed.
Posting on Reddit, on the r/Advice thread, the anonymous woman, who writes under the username @needadvice3265, simply titled her post ‘I'm pregnant with my brother's baby’.
She then confessed: “I really don't know what to do. I've literally been crying all day.”
The young woman begged for advice and stressed: “This was not rape, I consented.”

She then gave some context to the situation and explained that her parents divorced before she was a teenager and whilst she primarily stayed with her mum, her brother went to live with their father.
Following this, she continued: “We started messing around once I got into high school. But, we didn't actually start having sex until this year.
“The only night we could have conceived... Basically we both were in really bad places with some stuff going on.
“I went to his place to not be alone. We drank and then had sex.
“I know about condoms and birth control but we just didn't use any and I don't take birth control because I wasn't sexually active except with my brother who normally uses condoms.
“I know I really f****d up. I've been feeling weird and sick and missed my period. I kept waiting but then got close to the second month.
“I was getting panicked and just to prove I wasn't I took a pregnancy test and of course it was positive.”
The teenager claimed that when she told her brother about the pregnancy, he was “shocked” and “mad”.
She acknowledged: “He kept yelling that he thought I was on birth control.

The Law on Incest in the UK
INCEST refers to sexual activity between close family members, such as siblings, parents and children, or grandparents and grandchildren.
- Criminal Offence: Engaging in sexual activity with a close family member is illegal.
- Close Family Members: Includes siblings (full or half), parents, children, grandparents, and grandchildren.
- Penalties: Those found guilty of incest can face significant legal consequences, including imprisonment.
- Protection and Welfare: The law aims to protect individuals and maintain the integrity of family relationships.
- Consent Irrelevant: Even if both parties consent, it is still considered a criminal offence.
Unsure on what to do next, the young woman begged: “At this point I don't know...I could use advice.
“Please don't be mean. I've been beating myself up all day. And, scared of what our parents or friends will think.”
Reddit users react
Reddit users were left gobsmacked by the woman’s chilling confession and many eagerly flocked to the comments to share their advice and guidance.
Not only this, but at the same time, users were horrified at the sibling’s incestual actions - and countless users slammed the Reddit poster as ‘gross’ and ‘disgusting’.

Another begged: “Do not have this baby. Stop the incest immediately.”
A third simply commented: “Gross.”
What your sexual fantasies say about you

Raucous Role Play: If your partner enjoys dressing up for fun, it shows creativity and a desire to keep things exciting. However, it might signal that he struggles with responsibility.
Multi-Partner Fantasies: Craving variety doesn't always mean he wants to cheat. However, it could indicate deeper feelings of unfulfillment.
Power & Control: A little dominance is normal, but if it's always about control, it may hide insecurities.
Adventure: Men seeking thrills may push boundaries, so be sure your comfort zone is respected.
Passion: If he’s romantic, he’s emotionally tuned in—though occasionally avoiding tough conversations.
Flexibility: Openness to new experiences is great, but constant novelty-seeking could mean avoiding emotional connection.
Red Flag: If control is his ultimate fantasy, it may signal a deeper struggle with power dynamics.
Whilst someone else chimed in: “What you did was a whole level of f****d up and disgusting. That child is going to have all sorts of medical issues due to inbreeding and being attracted to your brother isn’t normal.
“You need to get therapy, cut yourself off from him and move on with your life.”
As well as this, another user agreed: “Anyone telling you to keep this baby is flat out wrong. You need to have an abortion. Start making calls TODAY.”
Mum-to-be shares honest update
Following the barrage of comments, the anonymous woman later shared a candid update, as she explained: “I'm really starting to lean towards abortion. I could always lie about the father and say I don't know.
“But, the genetic issues are really a big factor for me. I don't want this baby to suffer a bad life.
To all the Incest comments, I know it's wrong. But, I can't help it

“Then I have to think of me and my brother's lives. We are too young for this. And, then if anyone found out ... I don't know what I would do.”
Not only this, but she also highlighted: “And, to all the Incest comments, I know it's wrong. But, I can't help it.
“And, I really promise I wasn't groomed or being forced. I was the one that initiated messing around. We just went through a lot separately and together.
