Manchester City face off against rivals Manchester United in the FA Cup Final on May 25 at Wembley.
If Manchester City retain their crown then nothing changes in terms of European qualification as the top four go to the Champions League, fifth and six qualify for the Europa League and seventh place leads to the Europa Conference League.
However, if United lift the trophy then Erik ten Hag's men will qualify for the Europa League.
The Red Devils would be joined by the Premier League's fifth-placed team, while sixth place would lead to the Europa Conference League.
Seventh place would no longer be enough for European qualification under the above scenario.
Liverpool and Aston Villa have sealed third and fourth place respectively, therefore they are going to the Champions League along with Manchester City and Arsenal.
Tottenham, Chelsea, Newcastle and Manchester United are looking for a place in the Europa League and Europa Conference League.
If Spurs don't lose to bottom-of-the-table Sheffield United at Bramall Lane then Ange Postecoglou's men will finish fifth.
But if the North Londoners lose to the Blades and Chelsea defeat Bournemouth at Stamford Bridge then Mauricio Pochettino's side will leapfrog the Argentinean tactician's former club because of goal difference.
However, if the Blues lose to the Cherries and Newcastle win at Brentford then the Geordies finish sixth thanks to their better goal difference as well.
United can only finish seventh and qualify for the Europa Conference League if they win at Brighton and the Magpies don't beat the Bees - a draw would also suffice for the Red Devils as long as the Toon lose at the Gtech Community Stadium.
Manchester City are top of the table with two points separating them from second-placed Arsenal.
If City beat West Ham at the Etihad then Pep Guardiola will lift his sixth Premier League title in the last seven years.
However, if the Gunners beat Everton at the Emirates and the Citizens don't defeat the Hammers then Mikel Arteta's men will win their first Prem trophy since the Invincibles' triumph in 2004.
That is because the North Londoners have a better goal difference record than the Manchester giants.
