‘I was sceptical but really impressed with how it turned out’ Man says after getting rid of mould in his shower for £1
A MAN who was sick of looking at the black mould growing all over his shower door has revealed how to banish it for good.
Once black mould has grown on silicone - it can be tough to get rid of it without resealing the entire shower again.
But one man took to social media to show off a product that seems to work wonders - and it left him seriously impressed.
Charlie said: I've been besieged with adverts for this stuff on social media, so intrigued, I thought I'd buy some and put it to the test."
The UK-based gent then showed the mould in his shower that he wanted to get rid of.
A thick black line of mould ran across the sealant of the shower base and shower door as he hoped the Mould Magic remover would make it look good as new.

How to use
Charlie said the first step was to ensure the surface you want to use the product is dry.
"You apply the gel at least 3mm thick and leave for at least 2/3 hours," he added.
The cleaning whizz left the gel on for four hours before wiping it off with some tissue paper, and he was shocked to see that the majority of the mould disappeared.
For more stubborn areas, Charlie applied the gel again and left it on overnight to see if it would do the trick.
He again used tissue to wipe off the gel to see if it had worked its 'magic'.
The results
Despite initially suspecting the product was a gimmick, Charlie was left stunned by just how well it worked on getting rid of the mould with no scrubbing required.
"A quick wipe down and the job is done," he continued.
"I was sceptical, but I am impressed with this stuff."
Charlie added that he had used the product previously and that it hadn't worked as well, but after following the instructions the product worked wonders.
Where to buy
The magical cleaner can be purchased from musthaveideas and is currently on sale for £12.99 for a pack of two gels.
With each tube having 120g of the gel in - the hack will cost just £1 if you use 20g each time.
The clip went viral on his TikTok account @charliediyte, people were quick to take to the comments, and many said straight bleach could also do the same job for a fraction of the price.
One person wrote: "I’ve used simple bleach, put on left over night all gone."
Another commented: "Would it not just be cheaper and easier to Stanley the silicone off and just redo the silicone?"
