A man has been charged over plans to disrupt the London Stock Exchange, the Metropolitan Police has said.
Sean Middleborough, 31, from Liverpool, will appear at Wirral Magistrates' Court on Monday charged with conspiracy to cause a public nuisance.
He was one of six people arrested by police on Sunday.
Five others - three women and two men - have been bailed pending further enquiries.
