In a three-page memo shared to TikTok (@childcare_practitioner), she begins by telling mums and dads to stop sending in their children they're they're obviously sick.

"They spend the whole day in pain and crying for you," she says, before adding that it's "so sad and unfair for the child."

Next up, she points out that their baby or toddler is learning to walk and move around, so the chances of accidents happening are high.

"It's not our fault and we can't predict it," she says.

The nursery worker goes on to say that the worst that will happen is they'll get a tiny scrape or bruise.

Not stopping there, she also warns parents that if their child brings in toys from home and they get lost, then don't be "mad" at staff.

She points out that's to be expected when the entire building is filled with hundreds of toys.

The nursery worker additionally urges mums and dads to label their child's clothes - adding that they can't be expected to remember every single item of clothing that belongs to a certain child.

Along with encouraging parents to speak to staff if they have a problem and not to "shout, be rude or disrespectful," she also pleads with parents not to send their kids in wearing "expensive clothes that they can't get wet or dirty."
