I make a DIY tanning spray with just two cheap ingredients – it’s ready in 30 minutes and saves you a drugstore visit
A BEAUTY guru has revealed how she tans her skin with all-natural ingredients.
She only needs two products and you don't even need to go to the store to get them.
TikToker Rose Friederike (@rose.friederike) is no stranger to at-home remedies.
She loves to create content about beauty hacks and rituals.
In one post, she showed how to make a DIY tanning spray.
She starts by taking eight black tea bags and steeping them in about 15 ounces of hot water.

Wait 30 minutes, and then pour the brew into a spray bottle.
Rose then sprayed and rubbed the tea onto her skin.
Just be careful when spraying the knees and elbows, since those areas tend to be darker to begin with.
In the comments section, Rose said you can add scents to the bottle and do the process several times, depending on how dark you want to look.
"You can add vanilla extract for the smell," she wrote, adding that her method is "100% natural."
The effect is temporary and will wash off with water, rain, or sweat, according to Hello Glow.
Once you have finished, the spray bottle can be stored in the refrigerator for continued use.
As noted by Nylon, you should exfoliate your skin before putting any toner or tanner on.
If you're short on time, you can also take a bath with the tea bags.
The method will also help "real" tans last longer.
