With the latest international break receding in the rear-view mirror, the Premier League resumes with what could be the mother of all ding-dongs at the Etihad Stadium. A City win willl send Pep Guardiola’s side four points clear at the summit of the league table, while a first Premier League victory at the Etihad in eight years for Liverpool will see them leapfrog their rivals and go two points clear at the top.
