I’m a makeup artist and shop at Walmart – I’m in love with a $5 buy that makes pores disappear & they have a Milk dupe
A MAKEUP artist proved you don’t have to break the bank to look flawless.
She revealed her favorite Walmart buys that will give you a full face of glam, from lashes to skin to lips.
Licensed esthetician and makeup artist Allissa (@skinbyliss) often offers skincare advice and tutorials on TikTok.
In one clip, she sought to guide those who don’t want to spend much on their beauty routine.
“This is the makeup I really like from Walmart,” she began.
First up: the NYX total control foundation, which costs $6.79.
“It is freaking amazing, and now they have shade customizers” she raved, noting how you can match your skin tone to the product.
As another option, she said she has purchased the $12 L’Oreal Infallible Pro-Glow foundation so many times because it is “amazing.”
If you’re looking for a good primer to use before your foundation, she’s got you covered there too.
“The NYX Honey Dew Me Up primer is a dupe for Milk’s Hydro Grip primer,” she said, noting that you’ll spend $17 on NYX instead of $38 on Milk.
On top of your primer and foundation, you’ll want to smoothen your complexion with Maybelline’s Fit Me pressed powder.
While the product was only $5.34 at her store, online it's closer to $7.
“Girl, yes. It makes your pores disappear. In love.”
Hoping to cover up some blemishes, Allissa turned to the $7 Elf Camo Concealer, which she called “phenomenal.”
She added that the $5 Wet N Wild highlighter is a “stunning staple,” which can be applied with Wet N Wild’s brushes as well.
Moving onto lips, the pro loves the $9 Maybelline Super Stay lipstick because it “never comes off” and comes in over 50 colors, from pink to blue to brown.
If you want your eyes to pop, Kiss lashes are the way to go.
“They have so many different styles and they’re so pretty,” she said of the $6 item.
To finish off your look, she recommended using the $14 Milani Make It Last setting spray, which even has SPF.
“It is the bomb.”

“I cannot say enough about those two. They are wonderful.”
