"Martin Lewis didn't look too happy," said a fourth.
As well as The Martin Lewis Money Show, Stacey beat Clarkson's Farm, Gogglebox, and The Yorkshire Vet in the factual entertainment category.
The star, who was joined by her son Zach, 18, thanked the families who opened up their homes and hearts to her for the show as she collected the prize.
She told the crowd: "It's the hardest show ever to make and they work so so hard. My amazing co-presenters.
"I'm so grateful I get to do a show like this, I want to thank the families who let us into their homes. If it wasn't for the families, who opened their hearts to us, there wouldn't be no Sort Your Life Out."
The star then thanks husband Joe Swash and her five children.
Speaking in the winner's room afterwards, Stacey said: “I was not ready I didn’t know where to go - no one told us! We were an absolute mess, I don’t know what I said in the speech! I can only apologise!
“It means the absolute world - I don’t think anyone can comprehend how hard people work to make Sort Your Life out to happen.
“It is a huge show and we do so much in those seven days. It means absolutely everything that we get to do something we absolutely love and to be able to be given the chance to do more of it.
“It is not just four of us. There is a huge team that works to the bone.
“I’ve learnt that I love to have a job to make people feel good. It is the biggest privilege but I don’t host it on my own. The co stars are like family to me.”
