SCARLETTE Douglas was left stunned and gasping 'I just want to leave' during scenes on a Channel 4 show.
The presenter, 37, fronts Worst House on the Street alongside older brother Stuart Douglas.
This format sees the pair use their creative expertise to help turn run-down properties into dream homes.
In the latest episode, the siblings travelled to Nottingham to visit couple Luke and Shurel.
The first-time parents were aiming to transform their new-yet-dilapidated house in a tight time frame of just three months.
However, the revelation that the house had gaping holes in the ground as well as a damp smell left Scarlette shocked.

She admitted: "I just want to leave. I just want to walk straight back out of this room."
Luke and Shurel also had a lease on the property they were living in with newborn son Koa, but it was set to expire soon.
Meanwhile, Scarlette and Stuart's assessment of the work needed led to tears as it meant the couple would exceed their budget.
They were still determined to take on the challenge and after 14 weeks, Luke and Shurel were rewarded with a truly unrecognisable home.
Upon their return, Scarlette and Stuart discovered the holes, damp and 15 layers of carpet were all gone.
Instead, they entered a light, modern space with the property having also had an extension, open-plan kitchen and front garden transformation.
Viewers were gobsmacked by the makeover, as one commented: "I think this house may be my favourite in the series so far."
Another added: "#besthouseonthestreet now #WorstHouseOnTheStreet really enjoyed this episode definitely the best yet."
Somoene else remarked "I couldn't imagine anything worse than doing up a house when you have a baby in tow."
A fourth wrote: "They must have spent a fortune on furniture."
