Run to Home Bargains, my Easter table was so cheap but looks fab – a trick makes the £1.99 egg garland look even better
WITH spring just around the corner, it won't be long until we're all tucking into a mouthwatering lamb roast dinner and participating in an Easter egg hunt with the kids.
But if you're looking to create the perfect landscape to host your friends and loved ones this Easter without forking out a small fortune, then look no further.
That's because a savvy woman has told how she achieved exactly that using nothing but some cheap and cheerful purchases from the likes of Home Bargains and Temu.
And it's good news for anyone who isn't the most creative...because it couldn't be easier to do.
Alyssia Faith Alldis took to money-saving Facebook group Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK and shared a snap of the very impressivefinished result.
In the post, she appears to have simply placed an adorable green and pink colourful runner across the table which was is emblazoned with all things spring, including flowers and eggs.

She then put two pastel-coloured egg-shaped bowls as the centrepiece, and completed the look by wrapping an egg garland around each one.
And voila! In an instant her table has been transformed into a colourful and spring-inspired setting, perfect for welcoming a house full of guests.
Alongside the post, she penned: "Cheap bits but added all together look fab.
"HOME BARGAINS - the egg garland 1.5m (never unwrapped and kept as a egg basket) £1.99 the egg bowl £1.49.
"I got the table runners off of Temu as well as the flowers.
"Happy Easter!"
And it's little surprise the post garnered quite the reaction, with many rushing to praise Alyssia for her impressive efforts.
"Very pretty," praised one.
A second penned: "I bought the egg shape bowls too, they are so nice."
A third enthused: "Looks lovely!"
