Tell us your experiences of the Royal Mail postal service

The Royal Mail was fined £5.6m in November for failing to meet its first and second class delivery targets in the 2022/23 financial year. Ofcom said Royal Mail had let consumers down and the fine should act as a “wake up” call.

The company delivered more than a quarter of first-class post late, with only 74% arriving on time in the 2022-23 financial year, far below its statutory target of 93%.

We would like to hear about your experiences of the postal service. Have you experienced delays in sending or receiving letters or parcels which have been sent first and second class?

How do you consider the performance of the postal service compares to the previous years before the pandemic?
