Annabel had been part of the 13th series of I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here back in 2013, entering the jungle on day five.
She came out of the show in 12th place after failing to impress viewers at home, who voted her out of the show.
The statement continued: "In her final weeks, she was passionate about raising awareness for Glioblastoma, embodying her lifelong commitment to helping others."
"Her humour and laughter will leave us inspired to live life to the fullest, just as she always did."
Annabel Giles' family announced her death in a statement posted to Instagram.
Her children wrote: "In July, Mum was diagnosed with a stage 4 Glioblastoma, a fast-growing and highly aggressive malignant brain tumor."
"In the four months that followed, she displayed remarkable resilience and strength, despite undergoing brain surgery and countless radiotherapies."
The mum's tragic final post on social media came just weeks before her cancer diagnosis.
She was lad pictured in the months beforehand - beaming with bright red hair.
Television presenter and actress Annabel Giles has died after being diagnosed with a brain tumour in July.
The family shared the devastating news on Annabel's Instagram today, revealing the I'm A Celeb star passed away yesterday afternoon.
Giles was 64 years old.
