A SINGLE woman has shared an awkward first date story that left her stunned by the other person's bold behavior.
She tried to give him the benefit of the doubt, but it only got weirder from there — and she was stunned by what he did with her food.
Lifestyle enthusiast Justine (@justinescameraroll) is transparent about the good and bad parts of her life online.
In a TikTok video, she detailed a date experience that was both memorable and funny.
"One time I went on a date with a guy and I was eating the food. It was so good. In the middle of me eating, he calls the waitress over and asks for my food to be bagged up," she explained.
Justine admitted that she was confused but since it was a Wednesday, she thought that maybe he had to leave because he had work early in the morning or something similar.
He held on to the bagged-up meal, even though she was under the assumption that she would finish it at home.
She thought he was going to hold it, walk her to her car, and give her the bag.
"Why else would I come out of the bathroom and you're holding the bag," she said.
With a shocked tone, she explained that he took the dish home for him and his roommate to eat for lunch the next day.
Justine questioned whether the cause of his behavior was because the date didn't go well, but he proceeded to ask her out the next day.
That wasn't even the worst part of the evening.
"He also asked me if I wanted to go get boba, and I said yes and that I wanted a taro boba and I went to sit down. He got one boba that was not a taro boba and drank it in front of me," she added.
Right before the video ended, she jokingly admitted that she thinks dating isn't going well for her and "thanks for asking."
The comment section was flooded with supportive comments from women who related to her situation.
"His roommate was the real lover," a viewer commented.
