Fiend who pushed man on London Tube tracks was migrant appealing deportation for sex crimes
A MIGRANT perv was appealing deportation for a string of crimes when he pushed a man in front of a train.
Homeless drifter Brwa Shorsh, 24, had racked up convictions for assault and indecent acts since coming here in 2019.
But sources revealed the Kurd dodged a Home Office bid to deport him after lodging an appeal with the secretive immigration tribunal.
He was then free to push a passenger on to the tracks at Oxford Circus London Underground station in February, as he thought he had given him a “dirty look”.
Terrified postman Tadeusz Potoczek, 61, narrowly avoided death on the live rail and was four seconds away from being hit by a train.
Shorsh denied attempted murder but was convicted by a jury after just 32 minutes at Inner London crown court a fortnight ago.

A previous hearing was told he had shown a “pattern of regular serious offending”.
He had 12 convictions for 21 offences including assaults, anti-social behaviour and outraging public decency.
One source said: “His appeal was still ongoing when he pushed the victim off the platform on to the tracks at Oxford Circus.
“It makes you wonder what exactly you have to do to be deported from the UK?”
Shorsh was remanded in custody for sentencing on September 26, when he could face life imprisonment and a deportation order.
The Home Office refused to comment.
