I made gorgeous Easter hampers for my kids using Home Bargains buys – the basket was £2.50 & that wasn’t the best deal
A SINGLE mum has earned praise from other parents after revealing how she made Easter baskets for her four kids on a budget.
She explained that she wanted to put together an adorable Easter display for her brood without spending much money.
So she hit Home Bargains, and perused the shelves for some seasonal goodies.
First up, the mum - aka Mummy Budgets - got some shredded paper, in Easter colours of pink, yellow, blue and green, for just £1.
Straw baskets were up next - in the shape of bunnies - for £2.50 each.
As her older son loves Reese's, she got him a pack of mini peanut butter cups, and some peanut butter eggs - as well as a mini chocolate bunny and some Dairy Milk eggs.

She finished the basket off with a Mini Eggs egg for just 60p, which she'd picked up in Asda.
"Looks so cute!" she wrote over the top of the TikTok slideshow, showing the finished basket.
Then it was onto baskets for her younger kids, who are big fans of Cadbury Creme Eggs.
So she got them a pack of mini Creme Eggs each, a Creme Egg chocolate bar from Asda, and a pack of five Creme Eggs for £2.50 - also from Asda.
The younger kids also had the same mini chocolate bunny and Mini Egg Easter egg.
"Single mum's Easter hampers on a budget for four kids," she captioned the TikTok.
