David Jason, 83, reunites with EastEnders legend three decades after they starred together in Only Fools and Horses
ONLY Fools and Horses star Sir David Jason was reunited with a long-lost co-star - who is more famously remembered for his part in EastEnders.
The 83 year old actor beamed away in a snap as he posed alongside Jake Wood.
Most known for his role as Max Branning on the BBC soap opera, Jake confessed to having worked alongside David on his iconic show almost thirty years before.
It wasn't quite clear what the meet-up was in aid of as the pair shook hands as they looked beyond happy to be back in one another's company.
Jake held a guest role in the sitcom during his younger years as well as working alongside David in a second of his iconic programmes.
The 51 year old starred in A Touch Of Frost as well, years before his rise to fame on EastEnders.

Captioning the snap, Jake wrote: "Got to spend some time with this legend yesterday.
"Been lucky enough to work with Sir David Jason twice in my career, on Only Fools & Horses and A Touch Of Frost. Great catch up."
The pair's fans were quick to brand them legends in a series of comments as they were left delighted at the surprise meeting.
One said: "Two TV legends. Good on ya mate."
Another then added: "2 legends in one photo."
As a third said: "He is what you call a legend."
Before a fourth said: "Legend! You are very lucky would love to meet him."
Jake last appeared on the BBC based soap in 2021 when his character Max departed after being caught up in an affair with Linda Carter.
Over the weekend, Del Boy actor David mingled with fans at a convention in a rare outing for the acclaimed actor.
Dressed up in his classic Del Boy Trotter kit of leather jacket and cap, Sir David posed for snaps with supporters in a mocked up version of the wheeler dealer’s Peckham flat.
Some paid as much as £450 for the day, which was laid on at a hotel in Milton Keynes on Saturday.
It comes after the convention was postponed in August when Sir David revealed he needed an operation to install a “bionic body part” - which was later revealed to be his hip.
In November he appeared on Lorraine to share that the surgery had been successful and he shared a clip where he dramatically discarded his crutches.
