I’m A Celeb fans call for huge show shake up saying Bushtucker Trials were ‘too easy this year’

I'M A Celebrity fans have been left complaining about this year's Bushtucker Trials - with many saying they were "too easy".

ITV2 viewers have called for the challenges to be made harder after the camp managed to secure multiple stars each night.

Some fans thought the campmates were eating too well, with the Dingo Dollars task also topping up their food supply.

One wrote: "It was the right direction to do two people trials this year, but I would also introduce something like if someone did the task, they would be immune the next day.

"It's getting so boring that always the same person does the majority of the trials. Also only pay these MFs if they stay still they get voted off."

A second recalled: "Remember the days when celebrities would put their head in a big plastic sphere and it would literally be filled to their eyes with cockroaches.

"Or eating trials would be "eat this live spider" instead of here's a pizza with a bit of cow tongue on it. Also did they do a live trial this year? I used to like them."

While another suggested: "They just need to make trials harder, starve them into arguing more."

This person begged: "Stop having the same f****** eating trial every God damn second episode. 'Yeah, let's do the eating one first, everyone loves that!'

"Am I the only one who doesn't find a camp mate eating some random animal's arsehole THAT entertaining?

"Change the rules of people being voted to do trials, instead of the inevitable most hated gets voted over and over, only to give up 10 seconds in meaning the trial is wasted and no one gets to see it properly, instead they should have it so if someone is doing the trial, their name comes off the list entirely until every camp mate has completed a trial.

"THEN you start voting people out the camp when everyone has done one. You don't have to make up excuses like 'medically exempt' or throw multiple people in just to try and skate around the stupid rules you put in place."

"Teach them to forage for food so they don't complain about being hungry. People live off the land globally, just a common sense reminder," this viewer added.

Some of this year's trials included the Temple of Doom, the Jungle Pizzeria and No Time To Cry, where Nella Rose uttered the infamous phrase I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!, taking three stars back to Camp.

Last night the cast closed the series with the show’s wrap party after Sam Thompson was crowned King of the Jungle.

The group were thrown a bash with champagne and nibbles at the luxury JW Marriott hotel in Surfers Paradise, Australia but they were all tucked up in bed by 11pm.

A source said: “You’d think after three weeks in the jungle they’d all be up for a party but no one really seemed up for the craiq.

“Laure tried to rouse the crowd for a boogie but everyone was off to bed.

“Josie was first to bail at 10pm and then swiftly everyone followed.

“Sam especially seemed overwhelmed and just wanted to get to sleep.”

Elsewhere Danielle and Pete Wicks’ again looked cosy after sparking romance rumours.
