‘Who said cleaning needs to be hard?’ asks mum as she shares £1.50 item she swears by

A MUM has revealed her "game-changer" cleaning product she swears by at house - and says it makes chores easy.

Hazel Mckinnie - one half of the Wee Scotty Cleaners - regularly shares tips to get your home sparking on TikTok, where the duo boast 92,000 followers.

In a recent TikTok video, the mum of two showed off the £1.50 gadget she uses for skirting boards, dirty doors and more - a dishmatic.

Holding it up, Hazel said: "This bad boy, let's talk about it.

"If you don't [have one of these in your houses], then it's a must-have.

"It's not for your dishes. This is a game changer for cleaning your skirtings and what not."

The 44-year-old added: "All you do is put a wee bit of water and fabric conditioner in it. It stops the dust from sticking to your skirtings.

"You don't even need to bend, you just [wipe]and it just takes the dust right off the skirtings.

"I can't stipulate it enough, you need one of these.

"If you're like me, my dogs come in and the dog hair sticks to the skirtings.

"The fabric conditioner stops the static and stops things attracting to your skirtings.

"You need to get one people."You need to get one people."

And it looks like Hazel's not the only one who swears by the dishmatic as her clip racked up more than 70,000 views.

A fellow cleaning fan revealed: "I’ve got about 4 of them for different cleaning jobs. They’re brilliant."

Another added: "I clean my windows with it."

Meanwhile, a third gushed: "I love mine."

Hazel and business partner Claire Jenkins run their own launderette and shop in Moffat, Dumfriesshire, called The Laundry Room.

The duo are also a viral sensation on TikTok (@theweescottycleaners) thanks to their cleaning hacks - with their videos earning them millions of views.

Speaking of their hard work, Hazel said: "We get asked to clean all over the country. But we don't have time for that right now.

"People always ask us to clean their windows, skirting boards and showers. And their oven.
